Galactus:

The world-consuming first villain appeared in the 60's that was Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Galactus was intended to change what readers expect from a super villain.

Far and away one of the most powerful Marvel Villains to ever exist, Galactus came from a universe that existed far beyond our own. His god-like abilities separate him from typical villains in a very important way. He doesn't destroy planets out of evil, but out of necessity. He is so powerful that he has to require the energy from an entire planet to sustain himself.

Abilities;

The Physical, metamorphosed embodiment of a cosmos, Galactus does not have a permanent corporal form. As close to a god as Marvel Characters come, Galactus can do almost anything. He expertly wields telepathy, telekinesis, teleportation, transmutation of matter, resurrection, and a number of other incredible abilities. Galactus in not only capable of destroying entire solar systems, but also of recreating worlds when urge strikes him. 

Appearance;

 Galactus made his debut in comics in the late 60's and appeared once in THE FANTASTIC FOUR (2005) which was a general introduction of the character, there was no proper story and it is hoped that he will return in the upcoming phase of MCU.

Magneto:

Magneto's status as an on-again-off-again ally of the X-Men cemented him as a favorite among Marvel readers long ago. Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in the early 60's, Marvel is considered as one of the most sympathetic villain of the MCU. Magneto was originally a hero turned villain later in the comics. He was an innocent boy but became a villains when the people rejected to accept him with his superpowers, they wanted to use him and control him, they killed his family that mad Magneto unable to control himself. Throughout the years, Magneto often allied himself with the X-Men and other heroes, flip-flopping between hero and villain depending on the story line but there is no doubt that he is the reason X-Men is well known and admired by its readers.

Abilities 

Magneto's ability to manipulate magnetic fields has granted him a wide range of powers over the years. He has ability to control each and every metal object. His ability to fly comes from metal braces worn arches wrists and ankles. He can create force field strong enough to withstand immense power, and can even turn himself invisible. On top of this impressive list of mutant abilities, Magneto's genius-level intelligence often gives him a boost.

Magneto made his first debut in comics in the late 60's in X-Men#1 and started appearing in Marvel with X-MEN franchise in X-Men (2000) and is still in movies 

Thanos:

Created by Jim Starlinnd Mike Friedrich in the early '70s, Thanos quickly became a mainstay in Marvel Comics lore. Then, Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame bought Thanos to mainstream popularity. Many viewers were unfamiliar with the nihilistic Titan prior to the first Avengers's short teaser, but as the MCU expertly wove hits towards Thanos' goals into subsequent films, interest in the Mad Titan grew.

Thanos was born on Titan, Saturn's  moon, to two Eternal. Though he spent much of his childhood as a pacifist, Thanos gradually developed an obsession with death Throughout his life, much of Thanos' motivation came from his desire to impress the physical manifestation of death. Mistress Death. The many children he adopted and sired were often sacrificed in an attempt to garner her favor.

Abilities:

The mutual Eternal is remarkably strong. Even without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos is capable of wielding world-ending power.His impressive speed, strength,durability, and stamina are mere side-notes compared to his other abilities. Essentially immortals, Thanos can survive without food, water or air and cannot die of old age. He can manipulate matter and has use of  telekinesis and telepathy , On top of everything, Thanos is incredibly and a master strategist. He has used his children to adopt the impossible. 

Appearances:

Thanos first appeared was in 1973's Iron Man #55. He later made a debut in Guardians of Galaxies for the First Time, later, he had a major role in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame

LOKI

Thanks to Tom Hiddleston's charming portrayal the Asgardian God of Mischeif ha found a place in many of our hearts. Marvel's version of the clever anti-heroes first showed up in the early '60s thanks to Stan Lee, Larry and jack kirby. 
Loki's resentment for Thor and his fellow Asgardians  began during his youth. After Odin defeated his father, the Frost Giant Laufey, he adopted Loki out of a combination of pity and duty.. Loki grew up small and clever in a world that appreciates only strength and valor. He was always jealous of his brother Thor and never missed a chance to make a Mischief. He started growing hatred towards his family and finally became one of the most dangerous villain of his family.

Abilities:


As a Frost Giant from Jotunheim, Loki wield a number of impressive abilities. While he is not as large as his race would imply, Loki is far stronger, faster and more durable then your average sorcerer. Loki's intellect often aids in his schemes, as does his ability to fly, teleport,read minds, and shape shifting have all come into play many times before, as has his near-immortality. On top of his magical ability to bounce back from all but the most dire of wounds, Loki made a deal with death to assure that nothing Even beheading or getting chocked by Mad Titan would mean his permanent death.

Appearances:

The modern age Loki made their first official Marvel appearance in Journey into Mystery No. 85 (October 1962), where Loki was reintroduced as Thor's sworn enemy. He made his first movie debut in Thor and is still working in the film industry.

Dark Phoenix

Potentially the most powerful character on this list, Dark Phoenix is a force to be reckoned with. The recent Dark Phoenix  movie adaptation bombed in theaters, but the creation of this over-powered heroine-turned-villain is one of the most popular Marvel comic story lines to date.

Jean grey became Dark Phoenix for the first time in the mid's 70's thanks to writer Chris Claremont and artist John Byrne. The first female member of the X-Men was transformed into dark Phoenix after being exposed to a cosmic entity known as Phoenix force. jean was able to use the power she gained from Phoenix Force for good, at first, but was eventually overwhelmed by it. this loos of control led to the deaths of billions when she devoured a star, accidentally creating a supernova. Jean was eventually forced to end her own life temporarily, of course when she realized that she can't control her powers.

Abilities:

Jean Grey is an alpha level telepathy, who can read the minds of other humans as well as animals. She can project her own thoughts onto others, as well as control their actions. her telekinetic abilities allow her to moves object with her mind, which eventually leads to her gaining the ability to fly, as well as use a concussive blast to fidget enemies. When transformed into Dark Phoenix, all of her original abilities are multiplies immensely, giving her access to an enormous amount of power. When the dark Phoenix has full control, she is considered as an even greater threat than the planet consuming galactus.     

Appearance:

Dark Phoenix appeared for the first time in The X-Men #129-138 and is still a part of it. In Movies Dark Phoenix made its first debut in X-Men X2 and was destroys in the last movie named as Dark Phoenix by X-Men Franchise.
